Business Funding Preparation

Prepare Your Business for Its Next Funding Opportunity. Next Funding Opportunity.

Most funding setbacks are documentation problems, not business problems. We help you organize what a provider will ask for, understand the factors that get compared, and walk into an application prepared.

  • Your financial records exist but are scattered across statements, returns, and spreadsheets.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Are you a lender or broker?+

No. Posh Loft Financial provides preparation and education. We do not lend, and we do not present ourselves as a licensed broker or an approved lending partner unless a separate, verified arrangement is documented and disclosed.

Can you guarantee approval or a specific amount?+

No. Funding decisions, rates, terms, and eligibility are determined by the financing provider. Preparation improves readiness; it does not guarantee approval, and no funding amount or timeline is promised.

Do you apply on my behalf?+

No. Applications are submitted by you, or with your authorization within the scope of a signed engagement. We prepare and organize; the provider decides.

What if my credit is not strong yet?+

That is common. We can work on the preparation pieces — documents, records, and numbers — while personal or business credit work happens separately and on its own timeline.

Disclosures

  • Funding decisions, rates, terms, and eligibility are determined by the financing provider. Preparation services do not guarantee approval.
  • Posh Loft Financial is not a lender, licensed broker, or approved lending partner.
  • No funding range, approval timeline, rate, or provider relationship is promised or implied.
  • Applying for credit may result in a credit inquiry by the provider.
